Why should you avoid online health & safety training?

With the recent high rise of online training courses, we consider it’s our duty to our customers to help them understand the importance of face-to-face training when it comes to dealing with the health and safety of their staff.

Face-to-face training is more beneficial for individuals as it encourages personal interaction, and the trainer can provide real-life examples which helps you understand and retain the knowledge. As well as the ability to have 1-to-1 on-hand assistance if you have any queries. There are fewer distractions meaning you are 100% focused and its easier to concentrate being away from the usual work environment where you can be interrupted.

Being a health and safety training provider for so long, we understand why the health and safety of others is so important and that each person needs an in-depth course to be able to deliver the information and knowledge required effectively. Here at Line Business Services we offer a wide range of Health and Safety Training from Fire Risk Assessments, Health and Safety Consultancy, Open Courses to Adventure Activities Audits, and COVID Risk Assessments.

All our courses and services are all carried out by experienced, qualified trainers ready to give you the extended knowledge needed to ensure you can deliver the information to your highest ability.

As well as health and safety, mental health is also of equal importance. For example, individuals showing signs of depression has almost doubled since the start of the pandemic. (Source: How has coronavirus affected mental health? - BBC News)

Mental health is an important factor throughout all of our lives, it has an impact on our overall wellbeing and affects our lives in many ways. Mental illnesses matter just as much as any other illness and can take one’s life just as easily as any other. Therefore, we know how important it is for individuals' knowledge around mental health to be broadened so that everyone can be supported.
